Welcome to our website, where you can find adorable and healthy Maine Coon kittens for sale. We are a small and reputable breeder of purebred Maine Coon cats, and we are registered with the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF). We breed our cats with love and care, and we ensure that they are well-socialized, vaccinated, microchipped, and health-tested before they go to their new homes. By using our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK to use our website and purchase our kittens. You must also have a suitable environment and the necessary resources to provide proper care for your new kitten.
2. Availability
Our kittens are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. We may also limit the number of kittens that you can purchase or reserve at one time.
3. Reservation
You can reserve a kitten by filling out an online enquiry form on our website and paying a non-refundable deposit of £200 via PayPal. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the kitten, which is £900 for a pet kitten or £1200 for a breeding kitten. The balance must be paid in full before or at the time of collection or delivery of the kitten.
4. Collection or Delivery
You can collect your kitten from our premises in person by appointment only, or we can arrange delivery to your address within the UK for an additional fee of £100. You must provide us with a valid proof of identity and address when collecting or receiving your kitten. You must also sign a contract of sale and a health guarantee agreement with us.
5. Health Guarantee
We guarantee that our kittens are healthy and free from any genetic defects or diseases at the time of sale. We also provide a 12-month health guarantee against any congenital or hereditary conditions that may affect the kitten’s quality of life or require euthanasia. If such a condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the guarantee period, we will either replace the kitten with another one of equal value or refund the purchase price, at our option. You must provide us with a copy of the veterinarian’s report and proof of treatment or euthanasia within 14 days of diagnosis. The health guarantee does not cover any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that are caused by accidents, negligence, abuse, neglect, improper care, or environmental factors after the sale.
6. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for our kittens, except as stated in the health guarantee clause above. If you are unable to keep your kitten for any reason, you must contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help you find a suitable home for your kitten. You must not sell, give away, abandon, or surrender your kitten to anyone else without our prior written consent.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and we will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. By using our website, you consent to our privacy policy and agree to receive communications from us regarding your order, our products, services, offers, promotions, and newsletters.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or quality of our website content or any products or services offered through our website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use our website or any products or services purchased through our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use our website or any products or services purchased through our website, your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You and we irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
